We offer free shipping and if you choose delivery, you will receive your Murano chandelier ~10-14 work days weeks after ordering. Your items will be shipped insured.
If you choose personal pickup, goods can be picked up at Gl. Kongevej 35, 1610 Copenhagen V by appointment. You will receive information about pickup times after purchase.

When purchasing online, you have, according to EU and Danish legislation, a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your goods. The 14-day right of return applies from the time the package is available for collection at a parcel shop or from the day it is handed over to you by the shipping company.
