1. Prices and payment
Our prices include VAT and other taxes. All our used/vintage products are sold in accordance with the legislation on the used VAT scheme. Companies that trade through our webshop cannot therefore deduct the VAT on used goods from their accounts.

Payments via our webshop can be made securely via the payment options specified in connection with the purchase. When physically present, payment can be made via MobilePay, instant transfer or cash.

2. Order confirmation
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order. When your order has been packed or is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with all relevant information. This includes a tracking number for shipments so you can follow the package all the way.

3. Delivery and shipping costs
When purchasing with shipping, your items will be shipped via either GLS, Postnord or DAO (or UPS for outside the EU) to your nearest parcel shop based on the address provided when ordering. Delivery time may vary, but is typically between 2-4 business days. Shipping costs will be stated before you make your purchase.

We carefully pack our goods in cardboard boxes - we always recycle cardboard, bubble wrap, foam and newspapers in our packages.

Any import duties on purchases from countries outside the EU shall be borne by the buyer, and any additional fees for customs clearance will be charged to the buyer

When choosing personal pickup, goods can be picked up at Dybbølsgade 36 and Dybbølsgade 13 1721 Copenhagen V by appointment. The goods are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours, but you will receive information about pickup times after purchase.

4. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing online, you have, according to EU and Danish legislation, a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your goods. The 14-day right of return applies from the time the package is available for collection at a parcel shop or from the day it is handed over to you by the shipping company.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us before the deadline by emailing info@cphmurano.com. You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal for your purchase by refusing to accept the goods without first informing us of this. When exercising your right of withdrawal, the goods must be received by us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your exercise of your right of withdrawal.

Goods purchased and paid for in person at our location are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

5. Condition of the item upon return
You are responsible for the condition of the goods and bear the risk of the goods from the time they are delivered to you until they are returned to us. All goods must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped. Should your package be lost during return or the contents damaged, you are liable for the full amount. We therefore recommend that the goods are packaged very well and that you send the package with Track & Trace and possibly insured. Original shipping costs and return costs will not be refunded.

    6. Unclaimed packages
    If packages are not collected either from the parcel company/parcel shop or from our warehouse, they will only be treated as a return if you have explicitly informed us of this. Shipping and return costs will not be refunded, and any additional costs relating to uncollected returns will be borne by the buyer.

    7. Right of complaint
    We thoroughly check all our goods before dispatch. Should there be a defect upon receipt, please inform us promptly.

    We offer a 2-year warranty period in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. If your warranty is justified, we are obliged to repair or exchange for a similar product, refund the money or reduce the price. This depends on the specific product and situation. We will cover any return costs to a reasonable extent.

    8. Reservations
    We reserve the right to make corrections, price changes and out-of-stock items. We do not accept liability for any damage that may occur in connection with the use of our products. It is your own responsibility to use our products.
