Within 1-2 days, your goods will be sent insured via either GLS, Postnord or DAO to your nearest parcel shop based on the address provided when ordering.

We carefully pack our goods in cardboard boxes - we always recycle cardboard, bubble wrap, foam and newspapers in our packages.

If you choose personal pickup, goods can be picked up at Dybbølsgade, 1721 Copenhagen V by appointment. The goods are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours, but you will receive information about pickup times after purchase.

When purchasing online, you have, according to EU and Danish legislation, a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your goods. The 14-day right of return applies from the time the package is available for collection at a parcel shop or from the day it is handed over to you by the shipping company.
